Maria, the case manager in Kennewick, is the most caring and supportive person I’ve ever known. She is professional but so kind and gentle that she makes a person feel they are the most important thing in her day. Her communication skills are excellent. She follows through on everything she says she will do in a very timely manner. She even came to help me herself when I needed help outside my regularly scheduled care hours. She was easy to reach and was always responsive to my questions. She is amazingly positive and glows with love for her job and the people she serves. She genuinely cares about each and every client. Her dedication to service and commitment to (and involvement in) our community is something rarely seen and is truly unique. I don’t think you can find a manager who would provide better coordination and problem resolution than Maria.
